Inclusive education is a key issue at both national and European level when talking about quality of education and non-discrimination. On 5 March 2012 the Agency hosted a reception at its Brussels office. The purpose of the reception was to present and highlight the results of the European Hearing involving young delegates from 27 countries held at the European Parliament on 7 November 2011. The results include a collection of the delegates’ posters and a summary of the discussions from the Hearing.
Among the attendees were Mr Milan Zver Member of the European Parliament, Mr Pierre Mairesse Director at the European Commission, DG Education and Culture, Mr Jerzy Barski spokesperson of the former Polish Presidency, as well as representatives from the Ministries of Education and key representatives from European institutions and organisations.
