Teacher Professional Learning for Inclusion: Methodology Report

This report presents the methodology for phase 1 of the Teacher Professional Learning for Inclusion (TPL4I) project. Phase 1 aimed to identify the essential policy elements needed to ensure that all teachers, at each stage of their career, are prepared for inclusive education.
 
This methodology report describes the project rationale and all steps taken in phase 1. It outlines the development of the TPL4I Literature Review, the TPL4I Policy Self-Review Tool, the policy mapping grids and the synthesis report. It gives an overview of all participating countries and activities. It describes the policy analysis approach.
 
The report discusses the possible use of the overall project findings. It also sets out the steps for phase 2 of TPL4I.
