The Country System Mapping (CSM) activity considers the implementation of inclusive education policy in practice. It aims to get insights into how the needs of all learners – including individuals or groups of learners vulnerable to exclusion from inclusive education – are being considered in individual countries.
These country reports systematically map information on the countries’ education systems. They aim to provide evidence of and reflection on countries’ inclusive thinking, policy and provision for all learners, especially those who are vulnerable to exclusion from inclusive education.
All Agency member countries were invited to take part in the CSM work. Some countries agreed to publish their country reports – these are available below.
